They are wonderful here. My son wanted a 2/$2 egg/cheese wrap, but they had just closed the kitchen so they couldn't give it to him. Instead, they offered him any bagel/cream cheese he wanted, for free. When he started to get upset because they could no longer toast it for him, they gave us a whole bunch of donuts and muffins for free, saying that they were just going to be thrown away anyways.
We will DEFINITELY return to THIS DD in the future, regardless of the time of day. Customer service like this is what makes a customer for life.
There's a reason why this Dunkin gets more one-star reviews vs. Five. Cheese goes inside the sandwich 🥪 haha.
